We are your certified Drive Clean Testing Centre. E-tests take approximately 15-20 minutes for vehicles made in 1998 or newer. We occasionally have availability for walk-ins but prefer appointments to be sure that you’re not waiting. Older vehicles require a bit more time and the machine that performs the e-test needs to be calibrated beforehand and can take up to an hour to complete.
As of April 1st 2017, Initial E-Test is free if it is required.

We are required to take a photocopy of the ownership of the vehicle, so be sure to bring that with you to your appointment.
Things we would like to know before you book an Emissions Test:
- Any lights on the dash could cause the vehicle to FAIL. If you let us know ahead of time, we can discuss with you the possibilities — this includes the gas light, so be sure to get gas before your appointment if your tank is nearly empty!
- If the vehicle’s battery has been unplugged recently for any other service, the machine may come up as ‘Not Ready’. We can also discuss with you when you call.
- Any possible exhaust leaks.
